Terms & Conditions


By purchasing a Pro-Bitz unit from us or otherwise using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Ordering & Shipping

1) The majority of orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days for next working day delivery, but please allow up to ten working days for delivery (especially for international orders). 

2) All goods remain the property of Pro-Bitz until full payment is received.



3) All Pro-Bitz systems carry a non transferable five year product warranty from date of purchase.

3.1) The warranty that we offer does not extend to damage or failures which arise from improper use, wear and tear, wilful damage, accidents, failure to follow instructions, or any repair or modification made without our consent.

3.2) Our warranty is only valid in respect of a Pro-Bitz unit which has been fitted and installed in accordance with instructions.

3.3) If units are found to be faulty within the warranty period, the unit must be returned to Pro-Bitz for repair in the first instance following the returns procedure detailed in point 5.

3.4) This warranty represents your sole remedy against us that we may provide to you for defective Pro-Bitz units.

3.5) This warranty shall be null and void if the product has been subject to physical abuse, misuse, neglect, modification, and improper installation or unauthorized repair.  Customers found to be abusing the warranty scheme will have thier warranty deamed null and void

Note : Return postage outside of the UK is not included and will be charged in advance



5)  if you wish to return your unit then please get in touch so we can guide you through the returns process

5.1)  (UK ONLY) If within the first 14 days from the day you receive your order you decide not to keep the system, then we will refund your purchase in line with the UK Consumer Rights Directive regulations below

5.2) (UK + ROW) If within the first 30 days from point of ordering you decide not to keep the system, then we will refund your purchase price less outgoing postage costs.

5.3) Your original purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method upon receipt of returned goods.  Return postage fees will not be refunded.

5.4) When returning goods only use parcel carriers who are able to track products when in transit (i.e. Royal Mail "Signed For" Delivery).  The product must be properly packed and include a copy of the original invoice.

5.5) Please specify clearly in all correspondence that you want to make use of the right of cancellation and that consequently you want to have the amount refunded.

5.6) Goods returned without notification will take longer to process so it's important to communicate your intention to return in advance


Limitation of Liability

6.1) We disclaim any and all liability to you for the supply of the Pro-Bitz unit to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer. If we are found liable for any loss or damage to you such liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant Pro-Bitz unit. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits, to you howsoever arising.

6.2) We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering Pro-Bitz unit where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission which is outside our reasonable control such as an act of God or those of third parties which shall include, but is not limited to, any labour strikes, bad weather conditions, fires, governmental actions, war or terrorist acts.

6.3) We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Pro-Bitz unit purchased from us.

6.4) It is your responsibility to ensure you notify you insurance provider about any modifications to your vehicle, including but not limited to the use of the Pro-Bitz unit on your car

6.5) Whilst the Pro-Bitz unit has been designed in such a way as to minimise the likelihood of its use infringing a motor manufacturer’s warranty we cannot warrant or guarantee that its use on a particular vehicle will not infringe all motor manufacturer’s warranties (which may change from time to time). We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits, suffered or incurred by you as a result of your failure to notify your insurer of the use of the Pro-Bitz unit or infringing a motor manufacturer’s warranty or the wear rate of perishable items such as clutches and tyres and/or any mechanical or subsequent failure from use of the Pro-Bitz unit.

6.6) We shall not be held liable for any misrepresentations.

6.7) We accept no liability whatsoever for damaged caused during fitting a Pro-Bitz unit.

6.8) Power/MPG figures in all Pro-Bitz publications cannot be guaranteed, however should be achievable in most cases


 UK Distance Selling/ Consumer Rights Regulations Cancellation Rights

7) If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013, within forteen calendar days, beginning on the day you receive the products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products including any delivery charge.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing or via e-mail. You must also return the product(s) to us as soon as possible, in good condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the iiem to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.


Online dispute resolution for consumers

The consumer resident in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform for alternative dispute resolutions that provides for an out-of-court method to solve any dispute related to and stemming from online sale and service contracts. As a consequence, if you are a European consumer, you can use such platform for resolving any dispute stemming from the online contract entered into with the Owner. The platform is available at the following link (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
